KVKK Disclosure
Under Article 10 of Law No. 6698, this notice explains how we process your personal data as data controller.

4. Transfer of personal data
Data may be transferred to hosting, email, and infrastructure providers only as needed to deliver the service. No marketing transfers to third parties.
5. Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected electronically via the website contact form, email correspondence, and automatic logging. Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) contract, Art. 5/2 (f) legitimate interest, Art. 5/1 explicit consent.
6. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11 by contacting hello@pixcharp.com. Requests are handled free of charge within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).
